OK lit the Meadow Creek T-S 60 and prepped the ribs. You know the drill a little musiard for glue and then I coated with Smokin Guns Hot and then hit it with a top coat of sweet heat. The meadow creek wanted to cook fast so I let it. They were done no foil in 2.5 hours and were good. I basted them is a sauce 1 cup of Head Country, One Quarter CupB ues Hog Red, 1/3 Cup Blues hog Normal, 1/4 cup Texas Rib Candy Apple Cherry no heat. I had to hold them so I FTC (foil Tent Cooler)...They were not comp intentionally as my guests all like them fall off the bone. I do too.
