Hey, I'm no smoke whisperer by a long shot. I need all the help and info. I can get. Having said that what books out there are worth buying? I've seen the Bob Gibson one online and it looks promising. I really want one full of sauces and rubs.
Dr. BBQ's Big Time BBQ, Smoke and Spice, Peace, Love, & BBQ.... are where I would start. If you want some other "contemporary" stuff, I like Adam Perry Lang's books.
