Last nights Berkshire breed pork rack.

Costco had these Berkshire pork racks on sale last week. I rubbed it with garlic olive oil, crushed garlic, & Big Poppas Double Secret Rub. Cooke on the Memphis Pro at 275 degrees until 150 degrees internal temp. Served with some homemade baked beans, cole slaw, & snap peas. This turned out very juicy & flavorful. Was a hit with the family.

Also this was on costco.com Something all of us bbq foodies need to check This is all natural and absolutely beautiful pork..itis Heritage berkshire...look it up

Sparky, Don't let BP know but I borrowed it out of his secret stash. It's really good & I can't wait till I can get some legally.

lol, secret stash. i might have one of those. can i get some of BP's secret stash with my card? yo bra da, you got ta kind good stuff. old spark needs the good stuff for da kind bbq. oh, brings back memories of my days in Hawaii.

Looks outstanding Jimbo!! Berkshires are one of my favorite breeds.
Love the looks of your homemade baked beans too. Nice feast!!:cool:
