For a cold busy weekend there's nothin' like a piping hot bowlful of smoky goodness to warm you up!
I used my last pack of home smoked kielbasa from the freezer.
Sliced it up and threw it into a cast iron Dutch Oven along with some beans, onion, BBQ sauce, brown sugar & some other seasonings. Added some beer for more liquid.
Threw it on with some Pecan Pellets in a foil pouch for a couple hours at about 350° until hot and it had thickened up a bit.
The details and full recipe are posted in the recipes section --> BBQ Kielbasa & Beans - Big Poppa Smokers
Thanks, I hope you enjoy!
