Fun with Pulled Pork

Ok non injected rubbed right before I put on ....TExas Rib Candy Apple Cherry no heat as glue then smoking guns hot and then a middle coat of butchers honey and then a light dusting of smoking guns hot again. Into the meadow creek ts60 with a had funl of pellets (apple) FOiled at 165 and pulled one at 195 the other at 197 They were off the charts.

Here are some ideas...Pita Pocket smmy.....Kings Hawaiian Sweet Roll with Miso Slaw, San Luis Cracked Wheat sourdough pulled pork mexican cheese melt!

Wow! They all look great, but the Mexican cheese melt is to die for! Adding to the list....

All of those look killer, the great thing about pulled pork is all the recipes you can make afterwards with it.
