Good morning all!

I'd like to say BBQ is the only thing I smoke, but good cigars are also a vice!

Traeger 075 and an old New Braunfels offset are my tools. Though I've been a backyard cook for awhile, I consider myself a novice who enjoys the art of cooking. Lots of good info on this sight. I hope to get to the point where I can contribute like so many of you.

The sun is bright in Orange County CA... so it's time to get to work!
