A pellet cooker
A sink
A burner
A charcoal cooker
Good lighting
Weatherproof easy access storage
A nice prep /holding area
Nice tunes
Cooler for drinks
Nice Cigar
Comfy Chair
and YOUR CAMERA

To expound on the Charcoal cooker. I am seriously in love with lump...Nearly as much as pellets. There are things that you cannot beat with pellets and vice versa...Searing meat on hot coals with a handful of pellets is as good as it gets.

I can't think of anything to add to the kitchens listed above... unless it's ME standing by the grill. lolol

My patio lacks a sink and good prep area. Hope to work on that this summer. :)

This is a timely thread. I am now planning my outdoor kitchen in Napa. Taking Jimbo's advise I'll have 2 Memphis Pros (yes, Big Poppa got me another one), 1 2 Star and 1 charcoal Hasty Bake. This should feed 40 people. Fortunately, I'm very close to our kitchen which is also being remodeled at the same time. So I'm thinking just prep area with drawers to hold all the accessories. The rest can be done in the kitchen. Any thoughts?

An outdoor refrigerator
Covered or at least semi-covered grill area (for that smoking in the rain we like to do)
