What to do with too much leftover meat? Stir Fry!

OK its the night after oscars...got a hunk of Strube Wagyu Sirloin...simple cube the left overs...heat a wok till it is sizzling hot Peanut oil is great because it is a high heat oil..Oilve oil burns too quick....I just had some small sliced yellow peppers and chopped scallions.....

Put the cubed steak in the wok and season. I used Wee Willy's Seasoned Sea Salt and Black Pepper. When the meat is getting close to being cooked through add the veggies and maybe a tadmore oil....at the end pour your favorite sauce. I used Big Moes...Just a little to coat...

Looks great BP! (My wife was going to do that with the leftover tri tips from a week ago...but we used them all on the Naan bread.)

Mmmmmm.... Man I love the flavor of sirloin. I bet that Wagyu sirloin was superb; it sure looks like it was :)!
