BPS will be selling the Apex Sharpening System from Edge Pro. We should receive stock early next week. The basic system consists of 220, 320 Grit Water stones, 8" Ceramic Hone, DVD, Manual, Water bottle, & Carrying Case. We will also offer 120 and 600 grit stones as well as 2000 and 3000 grit polishing tapes if you want to expand the basic system.

These sharpeners will put an unbelievable edge on your knife. Please pay close attention when using your newly sharpened knife for the first time.

Just ordered mine, any tips on usage or is it as straight forward as it looks? Got the 120 and 600 grit stones to go with it, can't wait to get my Wusthoffs back into shape.

We talked about doing demos on a Friday night. Do you think it would be a good idea at Costa Mesa Comp? I finally remembered to take a picture of how I use the Apex now. A half pan with a little water in the bottom to soak the stones before using and to keep the area dry.
