What do you cook better, now that you are cooking w/ pellets?

For me it's chicken. I never really turned out any chicken that was this good on any other cooker.

Tri tip, ribs and chicken (especially spatchcocked) are miles ahead now, and Pizza is definitely a pellet cooker staple, don't think we have cooked a pizza indoors since the MAK arrived.

Just about everything! Deep fried hot wings are about the only thing I haven't been able to improve on.

I hear ya Rip...Being originally from Buffalo Id love to find a way on my Mak to improve the taste of a good deep fried wing...I hope it can be done..
