Birthday Dinner

Got to cook my Birthday Dinner tonight (Don't worry that's a good thing!) Did some steaks and BP's Caesar shrimp.

Here we go:

Seasoned steaks up with some McClintocks BBQ seasoning and lemon pepper



Tossed the shrimp in Caesar dressing and skewered



Steaks onto the MAK searing grate @450



Flipped and done at 130



Shrimp on the barbie



Looking about done



Happy Birthday to me, plated up and sprinkled a little parmesan on the shrimp





Great simple dinner for my BDay, very happy camper after it was all said and done. Good steak, great shrimp, and a nice Wildhorse Cab, what more could a guy want?

This was the first time I tried the Caesar shrimp from the BPS site (in the video section) Wow, what a great shrimp recipe, so easy and so good, wife loved it and so did I. If you like shrimp you need to try this one.

Yeah that definitely got the gears turning, might have to try some of the Galeo's dressings out.
