Ribs ala Mak

i did all my honey dues yesterday so today was my own time. it started with going to the butcher this morning and winco for some FT. came home, nice day in the backyard. turned #336 to 250º and had a Ft. after FT went in and prepared ribs.

after 2 1/2 hours i wrapped up with the usual stuff.

after 1 more hour i took off and apply some good stuff. someone awhile back turned me on to the mak sauces (thanks bob) and i like them. this is the first time for one of them.

Boy, would I hate to have the Sparkster's monthly meat bill! On the other hand, I love to see what he comes up with next. I can see my meat bill going up already! I shouldn't complain, I made a trip to Sam's and came home with some good looking steelhead trout, a three-pack of baby backs, and a couple of more corned beef briskets. I now have four CB briskets, of which two will become pastrami one of these days soon. The other two will be lucky to make it to the weekend.
