Hospital chicken for a sicky.

my daughters boyfriend ask for some chicken so i make some for him. when to butcher and got some mesquite marinaded chicken. i sprinkled some hasty bake on them.

turned #336 to 350º

pulled when chicken hit 170º.

it was good. he ate alot of it at the hospital. we took him chicken, almond green beans, potatoes and chocolate cookies. it was all he ate all day. his mom was grateful. do you know they don't like you drinking beer in the hospital. i told them i wasn't sharing with him.

Sparky I think if the mailman was hungry you would cook for them and locate them on their route to feed them just so you could cook something.All kidding aside the food looks good and it was a nice thing that you did.
