I am very happy! This is so great...The nights are longer..the days warmer...I live with a lot of citrus trees and the air is full of blossoms in the air...Seriously fgor about 10 days it smells like heaven around my house...especially when I have a stogie lit and the smokers going! My favorite time of the year! I wish it would never end Brisket Flat tonight ala Trigg

32 degrees currently... But by thurs, will be in the 60's again. I hope all the bouncing around is about over...

We got 5" heavy wet snow on Friday, it melted Saturday, then yesterday (Sunday) it started sleeting while I was cooking the Jerk Chicken...

35 with 5" of snow just sliced brisket and i love pellet cookers they acted like it was spring.
