Meatloaf (Not the Singer)

Took some coarse ground beef and pork out to MAKe meatloaf. chop some veggies added some panko bread crumbs a egg and Pepper Plant BBQ sauce.Two great spices.Lightly tossed and run through the grinder(because it is simple this way). Cooked in the pan until a internal of 120. Then flip over out of the pan to finish. Was good needed a little more binder.

Jim, I can just see a big piece of that on my plate with a pile of mashed taters. Then there's the next day when I take a leftover slice and make a meatloaf sandwich...
