Little brisket flat

I cooked a little brisket flat....I used my spices Little Louies Seasoned Garlic Salt with Pepper, Big Poppa Double Secret Steak Rub and some mystery bbq seasoningh....(the only one without msg that I had in the cupboard) Cooked at 275 foiled at 170 pulled a little late because I was golfing with KY Smoke and was too lazy to set the pellet boss

coming out of foil is money shot. look at the color. nice dude. your a good cook. i'll give ya that. that last picture is great. :) i only cook brisket flats. just me and the mrs on the weekends, kids are never home on weekends unless they need laundry washed or are hungry.

Looks awesome BP, I love the coming out of the foil "unveil" shots, like opening a great Christmas present.

The Little Louie rub is also great on chicken. Yum! You guys are gonna love Big Poppa's new rub creations.
