Bad news - Good news...

On a sad note, I won't be able to do much cooking this weekend. A close family friend passed away earlier this week so I'll be in and out all weekend. I grew up with this family and this lady had a HUGE impact on my life at an early age and as a struggling teen. She will be missed.

On a happy note, for my upcoming B'day My wife told me to order some pellets from the BPS website because she ordered me a pellet attachment for the new Weber Performer she got me for X-mas. So soon I'll have a pellet pooper!

i am sorry for your lost my friend. b'day presents are good though partner. i have seen that attachment at back yard bbqs. cool idea.

Sorry to hear. I too have lost friends and fellow fire fighters yesterday, two fire fighters lost there life's yesterday in a fire. One of them was a close family friend and a dedicated fire fighter at the age of 56 and the other was a young guy of 30. They died together as brave fire fighters.
