my st patricks day ribs
wife and kids had school. rib time for old spark. and it goes like this.
onto #336 at 275º
suns out, must be FT time
after 2 1/2 hours it time for goodies and foil.
after 45 more minutes it's sauce time. pick up some of this. yummy stuff manard....
back on #336 for 1/2 hour more
done
excellent sauce. rum, pineapple. good combo.
