Meadow Creek Bologna

Got my MC PR36 fired today along with my Pit MasterIQ on a 2 lb chub of german bologna. BP if you want to pull this because of no pellets its no biggie.




Rubbed all sides with PYM



Apply some season.





Pit MasterIQ fitted to my MC





Probe fits perfect and no pinch.



In goes bologna



Set PMIQ at 225* and its pretty steady.

Well if i cant pellet fire it i might as well pellet smoke to it.

Resting now before slicing.
