Thanks Deb. Gonna season it tomorrow morning and then maybe do a Yardbird or two. Maybe smoke it with some Apple for an hour and then crank it up to 350º till the IT hits 160º on the breast ... Work my way up to the 2 pork butts I have in the freezer.
