Last Nights Cook at Wildomar Competition

As most of you know by now I love cooking on Friday night for the different teams...Including BPS!
So My Good Friend Big Mista brought Red Beans and Rice
I made a casear...and some Strube Ranch Texas wagyu Flank Steak and sonme prime costco tenderloin....
Here are the meats

I seasoned them with Annies Raosted Garlic Olive Oil....Some Little Louies Seasoned Garlic Salt with Black Pepper and Big Poppa's Double Secret Steak rub. I put them in the Big Meadow Creek to cruise until about 125 and then put on a piping hot MAK one Star with Grill Grates

Now for the funny thing. Sylvie from 4Q came into the tent and said "Big Poppa...I want to see if you can cook...or if you just take great pics!!!!!!...I think she liked it...

If you don't mind Patty and I would like to stop by Friday night for the dinner festivities at Pala. I can do dishes!

I got this package and think dang I'm getting old I have a package from BPS and don't remember what I ordered and it had to only be a few days ago.Thanks!
