Raspberry Peach Clafouti

This was SO easy.

about 3 cups fruit - I used frozen peaches (partially thawed & drained) and frozen raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon

whisk together the sugar, flour & eggs til smooth, add milk, vanilla & cinnamon and whisk until combined.

Pour into 10" buttered pan. Place the fruit on top of the batter. i sprinkled some raw sugar over the top.

Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes. A cake tester should come out clean

This Desert looks Killer!

Talk about kismet... this is a true story:

When it comes to raspberries, I like them, but I'm not crazy about them. There is one exception: Peach Melba (Peaches with Raspberries).

I know someone who works for the Gardner Pie Company. I had literally just been asking him if they'd started making the Peach Melba pies yet this year, and to pick me up a couple if they were. Right after he left, I logged in to the forum to check the contest and saw this post!
