Made some Pork Chorizo with eggs and potatoes with onions....Came out excellent..

That did it! I am now officially hungry. I had a quick bite for breakfast that obviously didn't solve the problem. Back to the kitchen. I can't cook anything on my MAK until I hold a major fieldday on it this afternoon. Getting ready to smoke some steelhead trout, Irish cheese, and some North Carolina livermush later today. I have three racks of baby backs that will go on the grill tomorrow afternoon. My nephew and his bride-to-be arrive tomorrow. I need to show her she is getting into a good family.
