Breakfast of Grand Champions!

SO I took home some of the ribs from the comp abnd told my wife that these were the first place riobs....The judging hadnt happened yet as I never stay for it. It turned out that I got lucky and was right.

Here is my Grand Champion Mc Rib

Took a slab of rib

Diced the meat

got some eggs

While the eggs were just slightly set I had already heat up the rib chinks in a separate little skillet and I put them in the egg mixture in mylittle silicone egg form I overflowed it with goodness then topped with mozerella and put some compb bbq sauce on it and covered it to melt the cheese

Placed it on a buttered toasted english muffin and pigged out

Looks delicious!!! Ill have to add that one to my list..

Nice breakfast grub there, like the use of leftover ribs. Bet it tasted better knowing they were GC!

There has to be a niche for BBQ breakfast food you could exploit. Your leftovers always turn into amazing breakfast food it seems. That needs to be quick frozen and and sold nationwide

It was really good...Andy I started cooking breakfast many moons ago...then someone bought me an Italian Cookbook. It was over then...but you may have something there as breakfast is where it started for me
