got off work today and went to the butcher. bought a really nice New York. turned #336 to 295º. applied DSSR (double secret steak rub) to it and had a FT.
#336 is up to temp. steak on....
flipped at 110º
off at 135º
oh my gosh. the first bite was fantastic. second bite was fantastic. by that time my wife and daughter came over and took my plate from me (their mean). they liked it so much my daughter is now at costco getting some ribeyes. my family for the last 20 yrs have used costco steak seasoning. we really like it. my wife buys 6 at a time. while my daughter is at costco my wife called my son to come over to give him the costco steak seasoning. he was wondering why. wife said we have a new steak seasoning now and i don't need this other stuff. ya'll should buy this BPS DSSR. it is goooooood.
