Its Time

Time to pull the Landjaeger from the humid enviroment. I think they are done loosing the moisture.

Going to do another batch and use smaller casings. Do half in my MAK and half in the Bradley and see which ones turn out darker and with more smoke.

These sure do fill the house up with the smoky goodness.

I have 4 vac bags of 2 ea heading South to NOLA with us in April and 1 lone LJ in my jerky container thats staying. Dont know if it will last the day though....LOL
