I am on a marinading / clean out the freezer kick this week. I have been playing with the SOW stuff quite a bit, last night did some pork chops using the Pork Marinade and Injection-
Pork chops and and the SOW ready to go
Into the magical marinading machine for about 40 minutes
All done, look at the difference in color, great penetration of the marinade
Hit em with a light dusting of Desert Gold
On the MAK for a ride @300 along with some taters
That looks done
Dinner is served
Little miss loved her pork chop and potato!
These came out really nice, I loved the SOW Pork Marinade as an injection on butts but it was great on a smaller cut of meat, wonderful flavor that was complimented well with the BPS Desert Gold.
