OK I had to make burgers....Ok I wanted to make burgers.....
Started with some angus patties and seasoned them with Big Poppa Double Secret Rub
Heated up the new Stainless Steel Memphis Pro to 250
Then Sauteed some mushrooms in butter and Little Louies Seasoned Salt with Black Pepper
Then Sauteed Sweet Onion in butter and Double Secret Rub
Made Guacamole
THen put the burgers on and smoked them for 10 minutes at 250
Cranked the Memphis up to 500
Seared them for two minutes and then flipped them and basted the patties with a light bbq sauce and topped with one slice each of american cheese and sharp Cheddar
Cooked for two more minutes and pulled the patties off to get the buns toased
Assembled and wolfed said Cheeseburger!
