Its early in the year but they are hot as a fircracker and Big Poppa Doubnl;e Secret Rub is what they are using on the Brisket! They just placed 5th in Briskey in Scottsdale and won their second Grand Championship of the year! We are very happy to have them aboard!

They are great people. We'll be competing against them the next several weeks in a row! We're picking up parsley for them, for P Hill this weekend.

We'll see if we can hold them off a little bit :) But when you are on fire look out :)

i don't know. that DSSR if pretty darn good stuff. i love it on steak. got a couple tri tip in the frez from costco that we are going to try the DSSR on tomorrow. on steak it is excellent.
