Artichokes in a citrus garlic baste and finished on the grill grates.......
You can keep the artichokes, but I love me some steak and baked potatoes. I like to coat the potatoes in olive oil, and sprinkle w/ sea salt before I but them on.
I noticed our local market has ribeyes on sale this week! Mmmmmmmm.....
I put the spuds in a large freezer baggie and pour some olive oil then coat lightly with Lawrys seasoning salt....cook them at 400 for 60 to 70 minutes
