Tutti Fruity Ribs
i know it sounds weird but i was cooking 1 rack and wanted to try 2 different sauces. problem solved, Tutti Fruity Ribs. they were good. i am getting use to just leaving the ribs on and no foil. its is so easy. well, it all started with a little CT and one of my favorite rib rubs.
onto #336 at 250º
a few hours later. looking good cisco....
i used some Sweet Baby Rays (love the way the name sounds, sweet baby rays) and some tyler florence sauce.

cool huh.
keep putting the two sauces on every 30 for last 2 hours
me and the mrs both like the sweet baby rays better. they were good. the sauce was very thick. it was a mess. i like eating ribs when you get done you have to take a shower because bbq sauce is everywhere. good eats manard.....
