What is your favorite thing to cook on your pellet smoker?

For me it's ribs. I used to do a lot of baby backs, but lately, I've been leaning more to the St. Louis spares.

I was simply going to say, "Food", but after thinking about it, I'd have to say Poppers (armadillo eggs, ABT's, etc.) have got to be it. We sure seem to cook them often enough. They go with darn near anything or by themselves.

Dang Bear, why'd you have to go and ask... now I want some! ;)

I don't have "one" favorite. I just love to cook on my MAK! I probably do more chicken than pork or beef, but that is more meal-planning-for-two than anything else. When I cook for a crowd (in my case more than two people), I probably do more ribs than pork butt. I do enjoy cold smoking steelhead trout. I get to experiment with different flavor pellets to see what this does to my basic recipe.
