Was great to meet BP and some freinds. Had fun doing the MAK demo. Met allot of friendly people who were very interested in the MAk line. Two dealers who asked allot of questions, sampled some goodies and took home info brochures.
Meat was supplied by MC BBQ.
Country rope sausage, wings and tenders.
Remember when your MAK looked this new.
Sweet Italian and smoked sausage.
A few store bought pizzas i did throughout the day.
Also during the day i sliced up a 5 lb block of white sharp and cold smoked it. Cheese went very fast and i was getting questions like you cant smoke cheese on a grill and how do you keep it from melting and such. Used maple so the smoke would be sweet on the cheese.
