little louies VS little louies w/ pepper

well, i just wanted some ribs for a sunday afternoon snack. so ribs for spark.

onto #336 @ 225º

flipped once and sprayed with nectar ala spark.

no foil or nothing. just straight up.

they were very good. yummy for my tummy. i must say that the little louies w/ pepper was the fav.

no, i had time so i wanted to try the lower temp again. and, it will be the last time. 225º didn't produce the results i was looking for. i like 250º alot better.
