Patty brought this to the Friday night dinner at the BBQ competition at the Queen Mary in Long Beach last week. The preferred method of eating it was in a red solo cup with some of Big Poppa homemade ice cream that James made.

Glad to hear others are making this cake. it is a great crowd pleaser. We have cooked these on the MAK 2 Star at times. With ice cream it is so much better.
