How do I enlighten people who

pay $4,000.00 for a gas grill and then agonize over 2,000 for a pellet grill?

It is funny because I think that smokers connotate little cheap home depot and somehow it is sort of a status symbol to have a shiny viking or lynx on the back. I wonder how many times people actually use those. I have friends that have these giant cadillac gas grills and I have never seen them cook....

Just cook for them once on a pellet grill. That's all it took for me!

OMG I was just talking about this the other day. As you know I own a Viking and have had more then a few people amazed when they see me use it.One said I thought they were just patio decoration!

Let's talk customer service. Treager customer service far exceeds anything you will get on a Viking or any gas BBQ. Which we can thank Traeger because all manufactures entering the pellet business has had to make a better product and have better customer service to compete.

I agree with Chris231 feeding them is the key.

the food i produce on my pellet grill it far better than anything else i cook. PELLET GRILLS RULE. i have a magic grill, #336 is da bomb (has my kids might say, still not sure what da bomb is, kids said thats good).

In our generation anything that had "bomb" in it was bad now it can be good. Times change.
