As rogue as I'm probably going to find. Susan actually found the place, she had sent me an omaha steak link one day and then I remembered there is a retail store about 45 minutes away. I was close to it yesterday so I stopped. I bought a few.... so not an actual butcher but tritip without paying shipping charges.

it was pretty tasty

they didn't have many at the store I was in , just one little stack in the middle of the beef section.
