This should be a good one. Long weekend 4 days off just think what can I smoke?
I bet Sparky does no less than 6 racks any takers?
Myself I I have my butcher cornered as we speak, setting me up with a nice Grey/Bruce County beef brisket and short ribs.
And a Friday morning in the boat for some fresh Salmon...
What are you doing?

May be limited myself this weekend...Heading to Rancho Mirage to have Easter with the Wifes Grand Parents!! Maybe Ill catch a whiff of BPs Easter cook... Hope to be home Monday in time to smoke...My MAK wont be happy sitting alone for that long!!

No big cooking plans for me this weekend. Cooked ribs last Sat and Sun, two fatties, bacon, smoked brats, made biskets and cookies. Loads of fun... Maybe we will make some jerkey for the easter egg hunt with the kids and some ham on sunday.
