We had a nice low key day, my wife and I spent most of the day prepping and smoking food! (at a leisurely pace). In addition to the kabobs and desert I posted in the contest, we did tilapia and more chicken, all to be used in meals later this week.
Glad we've been north of the bad weather the last week!
