OK The last Strube shipment to me there was this boulder of mystery meat. Thats what Im calling it it was trimmed something...

seasoned with annies garlic olive oil bps double secret a light dusting of both 3eyez and little louies with pepper

the block was so big I had to quarter it for the sammies

some nice bakery rolls and some bbq sauce (head country and blues hog) and look out!

Man... Don't know what it is, but it sure looks killer good! Between Sparky's French Dip sammies and this I am now craving some sliced beef.
