Just something to do with extra pulled pork...
I love these things.
I injected the pork with an apple juice/brown sugar mix and dusted with Little Louie's Seasoned Salt with Black Pepper.
onto the Memphis Pro...
Filled some wonton skins with the pulled pork, scallions and jalapenos..
rolled for maximum dipping surface..
fried til crisp..
served with Q sauce for dippin'...
I love the Little Louie's seasoning!! It's becoming one of my favorites. All of the BP rubs are amazing.
The Q-tons are an easy way for me to use extra smoked pork. They freeze well and I can thaw a few at a time for a quick meal.
