Bologna on a Stick

I'm not kidding.... lol
I ran away from home yesterday and spent the night last night at this little lake. There are no campsites.
I took my tractor rim, fishing poles, sleeping bag, lawn chair, a package of bologna and a loaf of bread.













It was beautiful out there this morning..



I absolutely froze last night.. the temps dipped into the 30s. I slept with my hoodie, warm coat and sleeping bag.

Came home and made myself a pot of warm bacon corn chowder..



Even though I froze, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Thanks Dan! I caught two channel catfish and chased down one horned toad ... lol One more reason I love that little lake, I am usually the only one out there. No one can see me running around after a lizard.

love camping. bologna sandwiches are great. it's real good fried. its good to relax every now and then.
