i was thinking about when i first starting making ribs. what rubs did i use to use. these rubs are where the first ones that started me on my ribs quest.
some good stuff
they were excellent out by the pool. the FT was real cold. great afternoon.
Sparky! Sparky! Sparky! I wish I lived closer. I'd be on your doorstep everytime the MAK fired up, bringing lots of FT, of course. I am getting ready to go travel for about the next three weeks, and I will surely miss my MAK. Headed to Maine for a family wedding and then on to the Maritimes for some sightseeing and lots of lobster, mussels, clams, etc. I'll have to wait until I get home for some ribs, pork butt, and beef.
Sparky, keep up the good work. Love to see what you are cooking.
"Old School" ribs for me goes back a few recipes.
Spare ribs, with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, celery salt.
Cook at 275, until done. no wrap. Just ribs. Crispy outside, tender and fall off the bone inside.
