Chicken on the Hasty Bake

This time I remembered to throw in the pouch of pellets.
I got the marinade recipe from blogging friend Rueben in Guam.. BBQGuam
soy, garlic, vinegar, onions, ginger and pepper...
marinaded the boneless chicken thighs overnight....





added my pellet pouch and some rice in chicken stock.. I really am loving smoked rice lately..


grilled some asparagus and the chicken..







made more fried rice with the smoked rice..



I loved the marinade and the chicken...

Nice Jeannie. I need to try rice on the grill. I usually do brown rice but I do bake it.

i love rice. not white (not good for me) but other kinds. smoke rice, very cool. i am going to try the rib rub from the guam guy this weekend. food is excellent as always girlfriend.
