Go back 6 months....a year or more and reach for the seasonings and sauces you were using and integrate your current techniques....I love to do that.. Used some 17th street sauce the other day and loved it. going to do Wee Willys White Chicken probably tonight!

Sounds like fun! I already had tentative plans to resurrect my first ever pellet cook this weekend...might have to do it for sure now.
