Ok I took some of last nights Memphis Pro Smoked Mac and Cheese and put it into a patty
and fried it up in a little butter
Then took some of the Trigg Style Rib meat and heated it up in the pan that fried the Mac and Cheese put it on top of the Mac Cake
Then fried two eggs sunny side up with some Little Louies Seasoned Garlic Salt with Pepper
I was shocked how good this was. It was worth getting in trouble for getting a hair up my smoker and cooking myself breakfast right before we are leaving for Mothers Day Brunch..."But Dear, It was for Pelletsmoking.com, I had to do it!
