CT/Meadow Creek smoked chops on the Traeger

First off - THANKS to Nepas for the pile of Meadow Creek rub and a friggen GALLON of CT..


Pork Loin chops, rubbed with MC and a bit of CT slathered on both sides.

Into the Traeger full of Hickory/Oak/whatever bags were open.

(looks pretty lonely in there when I'm just cooking dinner for 2 of us)

Running 180-ish for now for some smoke. Mrs is out walking her daily 5 mile hike, so I'll bump it up in a bit while nuking some sides.

Ended up pulling them around 155 before resting. Will drop it to 147-ish next time.
