little hockey ribs

top rack some soiulea's & the bottom 2 racks dusted w/ LL w/P.

front rack is soiulea's the back two are LL w/P.

after a couple of hours time for some good stuff.

look cook on grill for 1 hour them time to unwrap. nice color.

dinner is served.

i am cooking ribs at 275º nowadays. carter was right. they just cook better at that temp. thanks for the kind words my friends. just having fun.

the brisket i cooked this last weekend had soileau's on it also. i like the stuff alot. the milk is needed for heartburn.
