Cook it all

Calling all memphis pro owners! Wondering if you use your grill to do it all? I love the idea of the pellet grill, but it has to be able to smoke, slow cook and fast cook (grill). Any issue with doing everything on this grill? If a different grill will work better for this, what do you suggest?

I bought my Memphis Pro to replace my gasser. So, my main concern was that it would be a great grilling machine.

It has turned out to be so much more. I love it for a grill. The best steaks and burgers that I have ever produced. I also use it to cook pizza, dinner rolls, ribs, ABTs, Moinks, and absolutely the best chicken ever!

With temps from 180 to 650 I can't imagine anything that it won't do.

It'd be fun to have a one day cook where we put all kinds of things in the Memphis smoker. I'm hoping for this weekend.

Those days are great! Make the time it is well worth it and you can learn all kinds of things about your cooker.
