Ok I started with a nice chili

bought a bag of Vidalia onions at costco and diced them

Heated them up on the one star and the finished them at 450
(wish I had another searing grate...hint hit Bob)

Looks great BP!! Chili Dogs where part of my diet back in Buffalo after a late night out!! All though they werent Wagyu!! You gotta try them over Charcoal!!

I'd take that as a last meal, chili dogs are one of the greats. How are the Waygu Dogs? Might have to give those a whirl.......

good luck on the diet partner. stay healthy my friend. those chili dogs look darn good. just last night went to Parker's hotdogs (there from santa cruz and in roseville) and had a chili dog w/ onions and chicago dog (my personal fav) w/ 3 milks (i like milk). ;)
